I have spent hours and days searching for the best ways to tell a hairstylist of what haircut I'll like.

Enough of "after styling, gel, it will look the same", 

"this person is of different race", 

"he's got different hair type".

And the best yet, "you are not the person in the picture".

So the keywords are... Asian, straight, curly, unstyled, round face, square face etc. 

Below is the picture I use usually... Most of them are incapable of cutting this "non-hairstyle", as a few have called it.
